I had to reschedule my annual physical due to a snowstorm and my doctor was busy through the end of the year. Not wanting to wait, they scheduled me with Molly P., a Nurse Practitioner. She was wonderful! She was professional, knowledgeable and performed all the necessary tasks of a physical and even more, as I had a problem with my eye. She gave the proper orders for my bloodwork and treated me with respect.
I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a physical at Senior Health First in Lakewood, CO.

Worst experience I've had in my life with Elena Chertkova. I've been having problems with my blood pressure fluctuating. I've not gone to that practice for very long and my normal PCP is supposed to be Mary James but I have trouble getting in to see her. They got me in to see Elena whom I've never seen before. The visit was bad from the beginning. I started out by saying I was having a lot of headaches and she proceeded to tell me that she has headaches too. I told her the dizziness was out of control and she told me if I was taking blood pressure medication I should expect to be dizzy. I knew from the outset that she was not listening to me at all. I ended up getting up and walking out. My prior visit at that facility was with an RN who did blood work. They could not even explain my blood work results but told me I would have to come into the doctor's office again to get an explanation. I'm done with this place. Asked for a call today from the office manager and no one bothered to call me back. Definitely not service-oriented at all. Just because we are old does not mean we are stupid and have to put up with subpar treatment.

I met today with Laura Miller, NP due to a painful frozen shoulder. She was terrific. She listened carefully - gave me a cortisone injection, and ordered imaging. All in all, a very productive visit. Highly recommended!

I had a BP issue and asked to see my Doctor (Amador), however, he was not available. So I was able to see Laura Miller NP. She was excellent. Her knowledge was very good and helpful.

I had an excellent meeting with Laura Miller NP discussing my blood pressure issues and causes and plan going forward. She listened to me carefully and gave excellent suggestions on lifestyle changes (drink less alcohol) and referred me for x rays and made note of upcoming medical procedures. I felt well taken care of
