Sehr nettes Personal und der inkludierte Putzservice ist immer pünktlich und genau. Busverbindungen sind in der Nähe und angenehm zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der einzige negative Punkt bezüglich der Zimmer war, dass die Kästen instabil bzw. die Laden schnell kaputt waren.

Super Service - Wenn es ein Problem gibt, bekommt man sofort Antwort per Mail.
Außerdem ist ein monatlicher Putzservice inkludiert, der immer pünktlichst da ist.
Der Standort ist super, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Busverbindungen sind in der Nähe.

Hello. I have booked all kinds of apartments from W&W (long and short stays, family vacations and business trips)...all were in very good condition, renovated and with everything you need. The area is also very nice with underground parking if needed. There are written details for washer/dryer and you can use them with a phone app. Communicative, helpful and friendly staff. I recommend.

I travelled from USA and I stayed from July 9th, 2023, to 14 days (14 days minimum stay is required for booking this place). I had a horrible experience this place.
1 - because first two days I could not sleep at all since no air-condition available and it was a hot and humid summer days. you might feel like sitting inside an oven. Since I can't cancel the room, I requested a fan and survived for rest of the days.
2. Second there are no staff available most of the time (the previous staff went on 3 months' vacation :)). The replacement staff stays half day most of the time. If anything happens (room locked out or laundry didn't work or any other normal issues) after 4 pm then you are on your own (in the place most of the people say, "no English" and all instructions in German) and you will not get any support from anyone in this facility since no staff stays in the facility overnight.
3. The laundry machine is another nuisance. It requires an app to be downloaded and require booking in advance and it will take 2 hrs for washing and another hour + for drying. It didn't work for me (due to poor internet connection in the basement and also staff itself don't know what's going on), She got help from the cleaner lady works sometimes and the staff (temporary one) helped getting the laundry most of the time. The staff is super nice and that is an only reason I give 2 stars. Otherwise, I would not bother to stay in this place at all.
4. The toilet and bathroom are in two separate rooms and it's really inconvenient.
5. The shower does not have a proper curtain. Instead they have a wearied small glass curtain (covers only half of the shower and water went in the bottom gap to the bathroom floors all the time)

Sure the management should do the following,

1. Please give a one-page instructions in English about how to use this facility (dryer and how to reach to the places nearby including the bus number) and also contact details in case of emergency (Well I called the number shown at the from door no one answered, and I sent an email also when I mistakenly left the key inside and locked out)
2. Add air condition.
3. add simple shower curtain
4. permanent staff to help
5. add lights in the sidewalk (its dark in the night to walk to back side elevator)

The good thing about this place is the location and the cost. However, to be honest, my experience in the apartment was terrible. When I arrived, the room was not very clean so I cleaned it up by myself on the first day. The staff was not available on Friday even though I visited during their office hour. Also, the washing machine costed 3.5€ and it didn’t work sometimes and just was charged or stopped.

I will not choose again this place to stay for long period. Maybe for 1 day or 2 days would be fine considering the cost and the location.
