Where do I start? The stress of moving is hard for everyone but moving to another country with three kids and a giant dog…..in the middle of the holidays makes it even more challenging. From the moment I contacted Guilluame and his team at MyTLAHomes, every single step has been easy. Guilluame explained everything and was so incredibly personable and accommodating. His communication is incredible and it is like they truly think of everything!! We don’t even have any of our stuff and honestly…we haven’t needed it! This TLA house has so much space, is fully equipped with all appliances and fancy gadgets! It is beautifully decorated and there is enough space for my kids to spread out, my dog to run outside and all of us to breathe. The fact that I can cook great meals (and holiday meals!) without needing to run to the store is priceless! We even got a rental car included!!

So incredibly grateful to have stayed here for the last couple months! I highly recommend MyTLAhome!!

My wife and I stayed with MyTLA and are so impressed ! We have traveled a great deal in Europe and the location, cleanliness and price are amazing. Another great aspect is having a nice sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available, along with some premium coffee pods. The split air conditioner and electric roll down shutters made it wonderful to sleep in having the temperature set on desired degree and nice and dark for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable, the bath towels were very fresh and clean, super easy coded key entry and payment via credit card. We will stay again, and really look forward to the enjoyable short walk to the local bakery for a sweet pastry and coffee.

Excellent apartments with great customer service. Cleaning services twice a month and my unit had a back yard grill for cooking out. Also have designated parking to make love the easy. Highly recommend for going TDY.

I lived here for 6 months and I loved every minute of it, I wish I could stay longer! I had everything I could have asked for in the apartment! I also had a great experience with Guillaume who was always there anytime I needed anything and kept a flexible schedule for my crazy work hours 🙂 10/10 recommend and I would stay here again!

Best TLA services! I spent nearly two years at my apartment near Ramstein. Property manager is the best around, very responsive and kind. I referred TLA housing to my fellow Soldiers and they loved the living accommodations, easy GTC payment system for DTS.

My experience with TLAHome has been amazing! Guillaume was very easy to work with. My location, along with other locations according to co-workers, we’re very spacious and well cleaned! The cleaning staff did a great job every time they came through! My only recommendation would be to ensure you are communicating clearly what time will work for for the cleaning staff to come in, as you will need to vacate for about 1-2 hours.
Bonus: It seemed every location was placed pretty close to a nice restaurant, either a 5 minute drive, or, in my case, a 30 second walk (McDoner). 😄

Location was great if you need to get to base quickly. Easy parking right out front. Landlord was attentive to any need quickly. The place was very clean and the linen / cleaning service every two weeks was great! Landlord went out of he way to check me in late and was flexible with checkout. Payment was easy. Would definitely stay again!
