My review is a response to the untruthful reaction of the owner of this property to my husband.

1. First, be polite in your response. You were aware that the guest was not with a girlfriend but with his wife.

2. Second, you invaded personal space, which is an offense. I am sure that the law has a list of cases when the host can enter without asking (fire, flood, unauthorized party), but this is certainly not a family dinner on a laptop. You write that we watched your TV, but I doubt that it is even allowed to turn on in your apartment since you have such a strong reaction even to the sound of a laptop (which is several times quieter than a TV). Therefore, we did not even plug it into the outlet. We are not obliged to read someone's messages in the middle of the night, as long as we do not break the law and rules. And you have no right to enter. You do not even know if your guests are dressed, this is terrible.

3. If it is customary for you to treat your guests as if they were your friends and to invade their personal space, then I have news for you: in most of the civilized world, invading the privacy of guests is not only not customary, but also an offense.

4. You are a liar, no matter how much you try to portray constructiveness and objectivity. When we were checking out, you checked everything, touched every shelf in the closet with your hands, counted every plate in the kitchen, linen on the bed, garbage, everything. If there were "wood chips" in the house, then such a scrupulous landlord could not have missed it. Moreover, when you broke into the apartment, you personally saw that the dogs were in a closed high playpen, which I also have many photos to prove. We did not see any photos to prove your imaginary wood chips. If we wanted dogs to roam freely in the apartment, why would we even drag heavy metal playpens up your steep stairs?

5. Well, since you decided to lie, I am forced to write a fact that my husband did not mention in his review, since it does not directly relate to the accommodation, but which offended me personally as a dog owner. Your accommodation is listed as pet-friendly, but you keep your own dog in cruel conditions, which most pet owners staying here will be unpleasant to observe. In the rain and cold weather, his dog is in the yard, in a small cold kennel, with a dirty bowl, which seemed has not been washed for weeks.

6. If you think that taking a bath for half an hour with running water can lead to a flood, then why do you think you did not find any flood during your thorough inspection of the apartment? Maybe because everyone washes as they feel comfortable and it is very rude to invade the privacy of guests and regulate how much they wash, use the toilet, etc. Thank you, now I am afraid to go to the bathroom...
